Step 1

Initial Enquiry

Your journey with us begins with an initial enquiry by telephone, email, website contact form, or in person at our London office.

During this stage, we will obtain a brief overview of your matter, identify the type of legal assistance required, arrange an initial consultation where appropriate and confirm whether we are able to assist you.

We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly and professionally.

Step 2

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation allows us to understand your circumstances, objectives and concerns in greater detail.

During the consultation, we will discuss your legal matter confidentially, explain your legal position and available options, outline the likely process involved, provide an overview of anticipated legal fees and timescales, and answer any questions you may have.

Where appropriate, we may also identify urgent steps required to protect your position.

Step 3

Client Care & Engagement

Before any substantive work begins, we will provide you with a Client Care Letter, Terms of Business, fee information and funding arrangements, regulatory and compliance information, and details of the solicitor responsible for your matter.

This ensures complete transparency regarding the scope of work, estimated costs, billing arrangements and responsibilities on both sides.

We believe clarity at the outset creates stronger client relationships throughout the matter.

Step 4

Identity & Compliance Checks

As a regulated law firm, we are required to carry out identity verification and compliance checks before formally acting on your behalf.

This may include proof of identity, proof of address, source of funds verification where applicable, and anti-money laundering checks.

These checks are conducted securely and confidentially in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Step 5

Strategy & Legal Work Begins

Once onboarding is complete, your solicitor will begin work on your matter.

At this stage, we will develop a clear legal strategy, identify priorities and objectives, gather relevant documentation and evidence, communicate with third parties where necessary and keep you informed of progress throughout.

We are committed to providing practical advice, realistic expectations and responsive communication at every stage of your case.

Step 6

Ongoing Communication & Transparency

We believe clients should never feel uncertain about the progress of their matter.

Throughout your case, we will provide regular updates, explain developments clearly and honestly, discuss any significant decisions with you in advance, keep costs under review and advise of any changes, and remain accessible to answer your questions.

Every client is assigned a named solicitor with direct accountability for their matter.

Resolution & Next Steps

Once your matter reaches conclusion, we will confirm the outcome clearly, provide any final documents or orders, advise regarding any ongoing obligations or next steps, and close the file professionally and securely.
