Many legal matters can be quoted on a fixed-fee or capped-fee basis. More complex disputes, contested probate and litigation may need hourly billing because the work cannot always be predicted at the start.
The ranges below are intended as general pricing guidance. The final cost of your matter will depend on the complexity, urgency, documents involved, third-party costs and the level of work required.
